Current Food Menu 11/27-11/29

Our menu changes often, and while we try to keep the website updated- please come on over to the kitchen to see what we're cookin' up today!  On Fridays we don't offer our full menu... but usually have Salads, Slates, Pizza, and Paninis available.  

 

Flat Bread Pizzas on a 12” wood fired crust

Classic Cheese- Can't fix what ain't broke!  Mozzarella, provolone and tomato basil sauce

Pepperoni- with natural & nitrate free pepperoni from Applegate Farms 

Cheesy Garlic Bread- with local garlic served with side of Marinara for dipping

The Sausage Party Pizza- Local sage, local Chorizo sausage from VT Salumi, caramelized onions, and local apples

Pulled Pork Tacos- our famous pulled pork on 3 non GMO tortillas loaded with organic local greens, organic cilantro, organic black beans, Pico de Gallo, pickled red onion, Queso Fresco, and Cholula sour cream. (ask us to hold the pork for a vegetarian version!)

 

Pulled Pork Sandwich- our famous pulled pork smothered in BBQ sauce, served on a delicious home-style bun.  Served with creamy Mac N' Cheese, and an organic side salad

 

Mac N' Cheese- creamy white cheddar shells and cheese! YUMMMMMM available in "kids" size or full portion

 

Pretzel Slate- 3  warm Wicked Twisted pretzels, served with stone ground mustard, local apples drizzled with honey, local Hummus, and a side of warm baked brie from Blythdale Farm.  Just a note from the staff on the Brie... EAT THE RIND!  Its is like a crispy cheesey dream that accompanies the ooey gooey perfection inside!  Trust us.  Just do it.  If you don't...  our French representative Margaret will va vous faire une fessee!!  

Honey Mustard Wing Slate-12 house smoked local chicken wings, served with honey mustard dipping sauce, and organic celery.  *Note on our delicious wings... We sell out every week! So if you score a slate of these sweet lil' morsels... consider yourself lucky!!!  And if we are sold out... don't cry!  Next week we'll have more! 

Fixin's Slate- A perfect snack for two featuring local meats, cheeses, spreads, nuts, fruit, and crackers

 

Cobb Salad-  Local smoked Turkey breast from North Country Smokehouse, avocado, local bacon, red onion, blue cheese, tomato and a hard boiled egg, served atop a bed of local organic greens. 

Malta Salad-  3 stuffed grape leaves, Local Smoked Ham from North Country Smokehouse, feta, diced tomatoes, local hummus, artichoke hearts, Kalamatta olives, and Pepperoncini attop local organic greens. 

Stone Pig Panini- Local Ham from North Country Smokehouse, with local cheddar, tomato, and local Pesto grilled on Ciabatta Bread. Served with chips and a dill pickle, or a side salad.
