Current(-ish) Food Menu 

Our menu changes often, and while we try to keep the website updated... really... we put more effort into making great food and beer, and not so much on updating websites (sorry)!! Please come on over to the kitchen to see what we're cookin' up today, or give us a call if you have you heart set on something!  On Fridays we don't offer our full menu... but usually have Salads, Slates, Pizza, and Paninis available.  


Flat Bread Pizzas on a 12” wood fired crust

Classic Cheese- Can't fix what ain't broke!  Mozzarella, provolone and tomato basil sauce

Pepperoni- with natural & nitrate free pepperoni from Applegate Farms 

Cheesy Garlic Bread- with local garlic served with side of Marinara for dipping

Special Pizza:

Jalapeno Popper Pizza- Locally made cream cheese, with local bacon, jalapenos, topped with cheddar cheese. Pair with Dubby Caw DIPA


Macaroni to my Cheese Bowl- Macaroni and Cheese topped with our own Italian Sausage, diced tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese. (Or just take the Mac and Cheese Straight Up!)  Pair with Over the Sea to Sky Scotch Ale.

Beef / Pulled pork Tacos- Our own grass fed Beef Chili with organic tomatoes and kidney beans  OR Pulled Pork - on 3 non GMO tortillas loaded with organic local greens, organic cilantro, organic black beans, Pico de Gallo, pickled red onion, Queso Fresco, and Cholula sour cream. Pair with Roll in the Hay IPA

Pretzel Slate- 3  warm Wicked Twisted pretzels, served with stone ground mustard, local apples drizzled with honey, local Hummus, and a side of warm baked brie from Blythdale Farm.  Just a note from the staff on the Brie... EAT THE RIND!  It is like a crispy cheesey dream that accompanies the ooey gooey perfection inside!  Trust us.  Just do it.  If you don't...  our French representative Margaret will vous faire une fessee!!  Pair with Cidey.

Honey BBQ Wing Slate-12 house smoked local chicken wings, served with honey BBQ dipping sauce, and organic celery.  *Note on our delicious wings... We sell out every week! So if you score a slate of these sweet lil' morsels... consider yourself lucky!!!  And if we are sold out... don't cry!  Next week we'll have more! Pair with Love and Abundance Hibiscus sour.

Malta Salad-  3 stuffed grape leaves, Local Salami from VT Salumi Smokehouse, feta, diced tomatoes, local hummus, artichoke hearts, Kalamatta olives, and Pepperoncini atop local organic greens.  Pair with Twilight Blackberry Wheat.

Sledder's Paradise PaniniLocally smoked Ham from North County Smoke House, with VT cheddar cheese, organic spinach, tomato and house made garlic aioli dressing on a ciabatta roll grilled on the press.  Served with Side salad and organic dressing, or chips and a locally made pickle. Pair with Farmwieser Light Lager

Snow Day Salad-   Local bacon, hose pickled local eggs, diced tomato, queso fresco, avocado, pumpkin seeds, organic ranch dressing atop local organic greens.  Pair with Let Your Song Be Sung Cranberry Saison.

NACHO Slate!!-  A pile up of non-GMO corn tortilla chips topped with our own grass fed beef chili, jalapenos, olives, pico de gallo, pickled onions, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.  Pair with New England Woodsman NEIPA
