Farmhouse Saison

The original session beer of the Belgian countryside…with aromas of citrus zest with a mild spice finish of white and black peppercorns. The finish is dry, tart, and refreshing making this beer the ideal crusher after a hard day’s work. Brewed with Coriander and Lemon Peel. 


Moscow-Mule Ginger Lime Sour

5.8%.   12oz.    $6

Brewed with Four Star Farm (Northfield, MA) hops, this seasonal sour has an insane amount of local organic ginger grown at Old Friends Farm in Amherst, MA.


Ginger Snap (Brown Ale w/ginger) 

6.2%.   16oz.    $6

A fantastic seasonal brown ale brewed with loads of local organic ginger grown at Old Friends Farm in Amherst, MA and Maple Syrup from Hollis Hills Farm in Fitchburg, MA. T’is the Season! 


Red Hill Town Raspberry Berliner Weisse

4.4%.  12oz.   $6

A cloudy sour beer brewed with real raspberries in the historic style that originated in Northern Germany dating back to at least the 16th century. Refreshing as heck! 


Cows Out Milk Stout  

5.2%.   16oz.    $6

Our signature stout. This beer is black in the glass and topped with an inviting tan head. Aromas of coffee liqueur ad dark fruits are followed by flavors of milk and bittersweet baker’s chocolate as well as notes of espresso. Clocking in at a smooth 5.2% ABV, this stout won’t weigh you down. Try it on Nitro for an extra silky mouthfeel.


One Trail Biere de Garde (French Saison)

7%.   16oz.    $6

The story of Biere de Garde begins like many other beers whose roots are anchored in rural Europe. Beer was brewed as a means to nourish, liquid sustenance that made use of products at hand among farmers to preserve the bounty of the agrarian lifestyle, This malt forward French amber ale is one that celebrates those who continue to care for and work hard on the land.


Winter Wassail

Here We Come A-Wassailing! It’s been three years since we’ve released a beer in a bottle...Our New WINTER WASSAIL Ale has been brewed with real Massachusetts Honey, Apples, and Cranberries (w/a touch of cinnamon)...and it’s just so exciting to offer this in time for the holidays! Be Of Good Cheer...it’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!


Cowabunga Coconut Porter

5.5%.  16oz.   $7

One of our funnest beers at The Cow. This signature porter has been brewed with more than 100 pounds of fresh roasted coconut. It’s a little bit of summertime to get us through this New England Winter…Cowabunga Dude! 


Take Nothing for Granite NE IPA

6.0%.  16oz.   $8

A New England style IPA brewed with Oats and a copious amount of the legendary hops Citra & Galaxy, which yield a well balanced peach aroma with a mandarin orange flavor profile. We are so excited to share this new beer with you…we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!  

Roll in the Hay IPA

6.0%.  16oz.   $7

Our flagship American IPA…straw color and cloaked by a slight haze, this beer is a beautiful showcase of American hops. Citrus and tropical fruits delight the senses as a mild bitterness and dry finish provide the perfect balance. Enjoy on the patio as you overlook the pastures for the quintessential Stone Cow experience.


Senescense New England IPA

5.0%.   16oz.    $7

Senescense is all around us. As trees transition toward dormancy during the autumn season they stop growing new cells and move their energy internally…a process known as senescence. This New England Style IPA is brewed with Mosaic & Citra hops for a citrusy and hazy experience. This beer gets our Brewer’s Choice Award! 


Bridge Street Brut IPA

8%.  16oz.   $7

Named for one of our favorite local bands, Bridge Street Brut is Stone Cow Brewery’s first Brut IPA, a new style of beer that is quickly becoming a mainstay in popular beer culture. A Super Dry IPA with a West Coast hop profile.
